When can I book a CTC Party?
Bookings are now open! Our characters are available for birthday parties, celebrations and magical visits throughout the year, subject to availability.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends and popular dates. Availability is limited and dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I book?
Choose your preferred character and party experience through our booking form. We’ll then confirm availability, discuss any specific requirements and provide the next steps to secure your booking.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the form?
Not quite. Your booking is confirmed once you have received confirmation from CTC Parties and any required payment has been made.
What happens during a CTC Party?
Every CTC Party is designed around your chosen character, creating an exciting and immersive experience for the children. Our Princess Parties include enchanting activities such as storytelling, singing, dancing, royal games and special birthday moments, while our Superhero Parties feature action-packed training, interactive challenges and exciting missions. What is a Royal Advisor?
Every CTC Princess is accompanied by a dedicated Royal Advisor who helps ensure the celebration runs seamlessly from beginning to end. From announcing your Princess’s magical arrival to coordinating music, activities and special moments, your Royal Advisor allows your Princess to remain completely in character and focused on creating unforgettable memories with the children.
What is a Super Student?
Every CTC Superhero Party includes a dedicated Super Student, working alongside our Spider Hero to bring the adventure to life. From assisting with superhero training and coordinating exciting missions to managing music and special moments, your Super Student helps keep everything running smoothly while ensuring every young hero feels part of the action.
What ages are your parties suitable for?
Our character parties are designed for children who enjoy imaginative, interactive entertainment. Whether your child loves magical princess encounters or action-packed superhero adventures, we’ll help you find the experience that best suits their age and interests. Every child is different, so if you’re unsure which character or package would be most suitable, please get in touch.
How many children can attend?
Our party packages are designed for up to 20 children, including the birthday child. If you’re planning a larger celebration, please get in touch with us before booking to discuss what may be possible.
Will the characters stay in character throughout the party?
Absolutely! Our performers are trained to create immersive character experiences, remaining in character from their arrival until their farewell.
Can parents take photographs and videos?
Of course! We encourage you to capture those magical moments. We simply ask that you are mindful of the privacy of other children attending when taking or sharing photographs and videos.
What time will my character arrive?
Your character and accompanying performer will arrive approximately 5–10 minutes before your confirmed booking time. Please ensure guests are ready for the character’s special entrance so you can enjoy every minute of your chosen package.
Where do you travel to?
CTC Parties brings magical character experiences to celebrations across Suffolk, including homes, hired venues and other suitable locations. Travel charges may apply depending on your location and will always be confirmed before your booking is secured. Planning a celebration just outside Suffolk? Do I need to provide anything?
We’ll let you know in advance if anything specific is required. Generally, we just need a suitable space for the activities included in your package.
Do you need somewhere to get changed?
Our performers will usually arrive ready for their visit, so a changing area isn’t normally required. If any specific arrangements are needed for your booking, we’ll discuss these with you in advance.
What if my party is outdoors?
Outdoor parties may be possible, weather permitting. A suitable indoor alternative should always be available in case conditions change.
What happens if my child is shy?
That’s completely fine. Our performers are experienced in working with children of different personalities and confidence levels. We’ll never pressure a child to participate and will gently adapt the interaction to help them feel comfortable and enjoy the experience at their own pace.
Can siblings join in?
Yes — absolutely. Siblings are very welcome to join in the magic. Please remember that any siblings participating in the activities will count towards the maximum number of children included in your booking.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a £50.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your chosen date and time. This amount will be deducted from the final balance of your booking.
What happens if I need to change my date?
Changes are subject to availability and your booking terms. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
Can I change my chosen character after booking?
If you’d like to change your selected character, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to performer availability and may affect the activities or package arrangements originally booked. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
What happens if CTC Parties needs to cancel?

Can I request a specific character?
Absolutely! You can select your preferred character when completing our booking form, subject to availability. Explore our Meet the Characters page to discover who’s ready to join your celebration!
Can I book more than one character?
Yes! Additional characters may be available to join your celebration, subject to availability and the type of experience you’re booking. Please let us know which characters you’d like when completing your booking request, and we’ll discuss the available options and any additional costs.
Can I arrange a personalised birthday message?
Absolutely! Make their special day even more memorable with a personalised video message from their chosen character, recorded especially for the birthday child. Personalised video messages are available for £15.00 when added to a party booking, or £20.00 as a standalone birthday surprise.
